Pre-Sales
Mel and Tina fell in love with the Teton Valley in 2017 and have been property owners here ever since. Buyers Agents
We protect buyers agents with a full 3% commission on a scheduled disbursement for pre-sales and custom homes. Our final payout schedule is still TBD, but you can expect a payout at lot closing, frame complete, and certificate of occupancy.
**We are not selling lots standalone. All “lots” come as part of a home purchase.
Custom vs Semi-Custom
Full custom options are available on any lot and require the use of our preferred architect and interior designer to maintain the overall design harmony we seek for the community. Custom estimates and schedules can be provided once we gather some initial information on your design requests.
