Building Program
At Peaked Mountain Ranch, we want to offer the best customer building experience. In the Teton Valley, it’s hard to find a lot, an architect, a builder, get through the permitting process, and get started. We have simplified this process with a unique offering in the valley. We offer a selection of semi-custom designs from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet or we will work with you to design a beautiful custom home from scratch, both from our renowned Jackson Hole architect, Studio 307 Architects. Skis and Pedals Construction, LLC is the exclusive builder in the development* so you’re assured an orderly, timely high end build with great communication and flexibility.
Semi-Custom – Select from one of four designs that fits your lot selection. House elevations and siding are preset, but everything inside your home can be customized. Wood accent walls, chef kitchens, upgraded trim packages, steam showers, paint. We won’t force you into a set finish schedule. Our goal is for you to feel connected to your home. Never built before? We have interior design services available to assist as the number of options can be daunting. This is the quickest option to get started.
Custom – Using Studio 307 Architects services, we will work with you to design a truly custom home. While there are some design guidelines and harmony with the design language of the community is required, you can design a custom floorplan, elevation, and all interior finishes. This option has a longer delivery timeline, but assures you’re getting exactly what you want.
